How the two fit together

Do I need both a plan and credits?

No. A plan on its own is enough to post, receive applications and message candidates. Every paid plan already includes a monthly allowance of credits.

Do credits expire?

Credits you buy do not expire. The allowance included with a plan is renewed each month. A boost already running finishes its full term.

What does it cost a job seeker?

Nothing, ever. Creating a profile, applying and messaging employers are free and always will be.

Does a boost affect search results?

A boost gives a listing more visibility within relevant results only. It will never show a job to someone who was not already looking for that kind of role.
